3 Age Verification

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activities on jh999 are governed by the following rules.

6.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is confirmed incorrectly due to a technical error, jh999 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended in sports betting, it will be settled in accordance with jh999's prevailing rules.

6.2 Fair Play

You may request closure of your own account at any time through our support team. All withdrawable balances outstanding at the time of closure will be returned, however funds linked to prohibited activities may be forfeited.

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months or more. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts.
